Project overview
Modern Villa Residence – Ludhiana, Punjab is a premium residential project for Mr. Anil Gupta, designed by Habitat Architects and completed in 2024. Lumani Systems delivered the aluminium fenestration solutions as part of the villa’s contemporary architectural design.
The residence incorporates AS 39 SC.NI, SC 50.NI, AWS 50.NI and AW 40.NI systems, creating a combination of sliding, window and glazed applications suited to different areas of the home. The system mix allows the fenestration to respond individually to each opening while maintaining a consistent architectural language.
A premium villa often includes varied opening sizes, large glazed areas and multiple interfaces between indoor and outdoor spaces. Such applications require close coordination between architectural drawings, system detailing, fabrication and installation to ensure that the final execution remains aligned with the design.
Completed in Ludhiana, Punjab, the residence showcases Lumani’s approach to premium aluminium windows and doors for luxury homes—integrating appropriate systems into the architecture with an emphasis on precision, functionality and long-term reliability.
