Project overview
Designed by Ar. Thakur Udayveer Singh of Space Race Architects, this 2021 residential project in Jalandhar, Punjab features premium aluminium fenestration solutions executed by Lumani Systems. The window and door systems were incorporated to complement the residence’s modern architectural vocabulary and spatial planning.
The project features ADS 50.NI and AWS 50.NI systems, addressing its aluminium door and window requirements. The combination enables different opening configurations to be integrated within a consistent design approach across the residence.
The fenestration was planned as an architectural element that contributes to the proportions and character of the home. Careful attention to junction detailing, frame integration and execution helped maintain clean transitions between aluminium systems, glazing and the surrounding building finishes.
