Project overview
Completed in Chandigarh in 2018, this residential project was designed by Ar. Ashwani Duggal of Subash & Associates, with Lumani Systems contributing Classic Louvers and Façade solutions to support the home’s architectural expression.
The project uses architectural louvers and façade elements to add definition, rhythm and depth to the exterior. These elements become part of the overall elevation rather than functioning simply as standalone architectural components.
In residential architecture, façade detailing can significantly influence both the identity and visual proportions of a home. For this project, attention was given to the alignment, detailing and integration of the louvers with the building envelope, maintaining continuity with the architect’s design language.
