Project overview
Designed by Ar. Shyam Suryavanshi of SD Studio, this residential project in Jalandhar, Punjab, was completed in 2022 with aluminium window and sliding solutions by Lumani Systems. The fenestration was planned to complement the architectural composition while creating well-defined openings throughout the home.
The residence features AW 40.NI and AS 39 SC.NI systems, providing dedicated solutions for window and sliding applications. Their use across the project allows the architecture to maintain a cohesive appearance while responding to the functional needs of individual spaces.
Rather than treating windows simply as openings in the façade, the project integrates them into the experience of the home—bringing in daylight, framing exterior views and strengthening the relationship between interior spaces and the outdoors. Precise fabrication and considered installation help preserve the clean architectural detailing envisioned by SD Studio.
The Serene Residence contributes to Lumani’s portfolio of premium aluminium windows and sliding systems in Jalandhar, showcasing a residential application where architectural planning, system selection and execution work together to create a refined and functional living environment.
