Project overview
The residence in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, is a contemporary residential project that brings together modern architecture and engineered aluminium fenestration solutions. Designed by Ar. Zafar Chaudhary of Habitat Architects, the project features premium Schüco aluminium window and façade systems executed by Lumani Systems.
The project incorporates Schüco SC 50.NI, AOC 50 and AWS 50.NI systems, selected to integrate seamlessly with the architectural language of the residence while supporting functionality and long-term performance. The combination of aluminium windows and façade solutions helps create refined glazed openings while maintaining the clean lines and modern character envisioned by the architect.
Through careful system selection and execution, Lumani worked to ensure that the fenestration became an integral part of the architecture rather than simply an added building element. The project reflects Lumani’s approach to delivering high-performance aluminium windows and façade systems for luxury residential projects, combining Schüco engineering with precision execution and attention to architectural intent.
