Project overview
Carbonado Residence – Panipat, Haryana is a residential project featuring premium aluminium windows and door systems by Lumani Systems. Designed by Ar. Shiv Dada and Ar. Mohit Chawla of 23DC Architects and completed in 2019, the residence combines contemporary architectural planning with carefully integrated aluminium fenestration.
The project incorporates AS 39 SC.NI, AW 40.NI and ADS 50.NI systems, selected for its sliding, window and door requirements. The combination allows different openings within the residence to be addressed while maintaining consistency across the overall architectural design.
For a residence with multiple fenestration applications, coordination between the architectural concept and individual openings is essential. Lumani’s scope involved system planning, precise fabrication and installation, helping the aluminium elements integrate naturally into the building envelope without distracting from the architectural character.
