Project overview
Located in Ludhiana, Punjab, this premium residential project features high-performance aluminium windows, sliding systems and façade solutions by Lumani Systems. Designed by Habitat Architects and completed in 2024, the residence brings together contemporary architecture and carefully integrated aluminium fenestration.
The project incorporates AS 39 SC.NI, SC 50.NI, AWS 50.NI and AW 40.NI systems, allowing different opening and glazing requirements to be addressed across the residence. Each system forms part of a coordinated approach to windows, sliding openings and glazed architectural elements.
Large openings are an important part of contemporary residential design, but their success depends on more than visual appearance. System selection, technical detailing, fabrication accuracy and installation all influence how seamlessly the fenestration integrates with the architecture and performs over time.
